JAE SUNG LEE
Mr. Jae Sung Lee has more than 20 years of start-up entrepreneurial and professional investment experiences in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Lee has unique and valuable hands-on, high growth involvement with the founders of multi-billion dollar companies in IT, gaming, and mobile SNS industry sectors. Mr. Lee was Managing Partner at UHI, launched Hanse Group-sponsored private equity fund for Asia’s high growth consumer/IT industry sectors.Mr. Lee served as business relations advisory in Sparx Asset Management Group and prepared for an asset management fund co-sponsored by Lotte Group for high net worth individual investors from Asia. Mr. Lee also served as Country Advisor in DeNA, launched the Korea office and was responsible for key investment targets such as Kakao. Mr. Lee founded NTL with other partners, launched online game development studio in Korea, secured IP game licensing for “Dragonball” and finalized multiple rounds of investments from Bandai Namco Group, Yahoo BB, and DCM.
Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Economics from UC Berkeley. Mr. Lee also works in University of Tokyo as Monbusho Research Fellow in International Law
