LUN Partners Group Joins the Shanghai Private Equity Association

On June 20, 2017, LUN Partners Group was formally invited to join the Shanghai Private Equity Association (SHPEA). Established on April 7, 2004 as the Shanghai Foreign Direct Investment Fund Association, on July 24, 2008, the Shanghai Community Management Bureau changed the Association’s name to its current designation. SHPEA is consist of members of the non-profit association include prestigious cross-border private equity investment funds, investment management companies, cross-border investment companies, and other related professional services and individuals. All members are highly experienced professionals who have achieved success investing across information technology, digital media, biotechnology, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries. Past investments by members of the association include marquee companies such as Baidu, Sun Tech, Home Inns, Focus Media, C-trip, and Alibaba. The association’s goal is to build a symbiotic community of investment funds and management companies, based in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, that possess prestige and substantial impact in the global arena.
